Jeanette
C. Griswold CPCU, CLU, CIC
President
A
veteran of the insurance industry, Jeanette began
her career in August 1969 in Memphis, Tennessee
where she worked for three of the leading independent
agencies. In 1978, she joined CNA Insurance Companies
as a Sales Representative in Little Rock, Arkansas.
She was later promoted to the Corporate Training
department in CNA’s home office in Chicago
where she taught sales, insurance contracts and
agency management to agents and staff across the
U.S. Another promotion took her to CNA’s regional
office in Orlando, Florida as a Sales Analyst, where
she acted as a liaison between the sales staff of
four branches and home office. Upon leaving CNA
in July 1986 she joined a large local insurance
agency as a producer. In March 1987, she transferred
to Scottscom Insurance Services. She went on to
purchase the agency in 1990, growing it into a successful
insurance brokerage business. She is a former President
of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers
business of Scottsdale and has a long list of accolades
and involvement in the community.

Angela Gringras
Agent and Broker
Angela
began her insurance career in 1992 with American
Family Insurance in Chicago. Upon moving to Arizona,
she continued working for American Family Insurance
while attending Arizona State University. Angela
graduated from ASU with a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Sociology. After working for a direct writer
for several years, she joined Scottscom Insurance
Services in January 2004 as an agent/broker. Angela
also has a real estate license and belongs to the
Phoenix Association of Realtors.
Britt
Evers
Agent and Broker
Britt’s
career began in 1990 with Country Companies Insurance
of Scottsdale, where he earned the All American
Award for top performance in 1991 and 1993. He also
worked for Universal Underwriters Group of Scottsdale
where he was the top producer in Arizona’s
southwest region for seven years. Evers joined Scottscom
from Networked Insurance Agents, where he managed
property and casualty production and service for
67 agencies in Arizona.
Ned
L. Larson
Agent and Broker
Ned
Larson’s insurance career spans over 35 years and began in
Minneapolis, Minnesota where he was Vice President at Alexander
& Alexander (A&A). In this capacity, he was responsible
for development of new business and management of five industry
segment service units with over 100 employees. In 1981, he moved
to Denver, Colorado, where he joined Warren & Sommer, Inc. as
Senior Vice President and Sales Manager. In 1983, he returned to
A&A to become Managing Vice President of their Denver office.
Under his management, the revenues of A&A's Denver office
increased from $ 1,000,000 to $9,000,000. He resigned as manager
in 1987 to return to sales and service transferring to the Phoenix
office of A & A in 1991, where he was responsible for servicing
a book of business and new business development of large commercial
accounts. He joined Scottscom in 1995. He is a member of the Pinnacle
Peak Country Club, an elder in a Pinnacale Peak Presbeterian Church
and a former member of the Rotary Club of Scottsdale.
Cathy
D. Maestas
Account Manager
Cathy
joined Scottscom Insurance Services in 2000, and
has been a vital part of the ebb and flow of Scottscom.
She began her insurance career in 1979, with the
Mountain West Farm Bureau in Laramie, Wyoming. From
1984 until 1992, she worked for independent insurance
agencies in New Mexico. Upon moving to Arizona,
she spent eight years as a personal insurance customer
service representative. She obtained her insurance
license from the State of Arizona in July 2000.
In July 2001, she was awarded the Certified Insurance
Service Representative designation. In August 2005
she received the Delivering Insurance Services certificate
of completion and is continuing her education in
pursuit of the Associate In Insurance Services (AIS)
designation.
